@ckastens Flu shot does not protect against stomach bug. It protects against influenza which is upper respiratory illness. The oral vaccine against rotavirus which is the most common stomach bug helps protect against that.

Yea. My husband and oldest son had it like 3 days ago but thank God me and my youngest never got it.

She nursed at 5:30 and has kept that down so I'm hoping the throwing up is over! I'm going to send dh to the store for pedialyte just in case.

Yep. Daycare germs. Mommy and Daddy got it too, despite our flu shots! It was 24 hours. Pediatrician said to add 1/2 ounce pedialyte to a 2 ounce breast milk bottle to help with dehydration.....if they can keep it down!

Oh no! Keep a close eye on her. Babies get dehydrated very easily. Hope she feels better soon!
