sleep regression?!
Audrey has been having trouble falling asleep or falling back asleep in the middle of the night which she usually has no problem doing! She will only calm down if I'm in her room. We did cio so I'm not against that but is that what you do during a sleep regression? Is there supposed to be a sleep regression around 9 months?
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
help!
earlier today, my daughter was sleeping on my chest, and she stopped breathing for a good few seconds, since then, she has been awake, and won't fall asleep unless I'm holding her. I try to put her down, even on my lap and she won't fall asleep unless I'm holding her... we've been feeding her more and more, I can't pump anything else.. I want to fall asleep with her because that is literally the only way she's sleeping but my SO is against that, and pulls the whole "if something happens t...

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
How to get my daughter to fall asleep on her own? She has been co-sleeping since she was a baby and she still needs me to lay in bed with her to fall asleep🤦🏽♀️
was wondering if sleeping on my stomach can hurt him?? ive been doing it all this time and nothing has happen ... im so used to falling asleep that way 🤔🤔🤔
Aww poor thing sorry to hear.
If she's been sleep trained then if she's experiencing a fear of falling asleep by herself maybe she's having separation anxiety. If she's reaching a new milestone like crawling or standing/walking/cruising then maybe she's feeling bit anxious too. Or maybe a new teeth or nightmare. Or maybe the temperature in the room is not ideal?
My baby had a couple of nights of crying too. But I would see if she can sooth herself in the monitor. If after 10 mins she hasn't calmed down then I'd go in and calm her down. Once she's calm then I place her back in her crib and have her fall asleep on her own. Usually she does.
Good luck!
