I am having horrible lower back pain and contractions. Contractions aren't regular but my back pain in awful. ?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.

So with the cramps an back pain. They aren't consistent.. But I think they are contractions

You could call them and see what they suggest. I went in for back pain and turned out I had a uti. After getting medication my back hurt alot less.
