I've been experiencing the painless contractions for a few weeks now. If they grow in intensity, I try to get off work and drink a ton of water and lay down on my side.

Mine were really painful. Like getting sweaty and having to really breathe to get through it. I don't remember it like that with my daughter.

I would call your doctor if they are that painful this early.

I had them the other day, pretty painful ones at that, nothing since though. Pretty sure it was because I was pretty badly dehydrated though. Once I was able to keep some liquids down, they went away.

When you get them drink a ton of water and if your up, rest, if you're already resting, get up and walk around. If they go away they are bh. If the don't go away call your ob right away. Also make sure you pee. If you have a full bladder, that can cause contractions too.

Oh and lay on your left. But drink tons and tons of water. Like tons. Like at least 24 oz when you get them and they are painful just chug it and pee. That should help.

I got them and actually had spotting. Not really painful just tight and pressure. My OB said if more than 4 an hour call her. Or if bleeding is more than spotting. Drink the water and get off your feet! That's what I do and it works.

i have them like once or twice a day, usually if my bladder is too full or after walking a long distance, no bleeding or spotting though.
