It been about two weeks since taking the pills and bleeding to finally stop

My doctor recommended I wait until I have my first period since miscarriage but only for dates he actually said there will be to issue with you getting pregnant before!

Yes. I had a miscarriage in early October and got pregnant right after in late October. That ended in miscarriage as well (ectopic), I had one period and then got pregnant again.

Yes! I had a miscarriage in December of 2013. I ended up having to have a d&c because my body wouldn't let everything go. That was December 18th. My doctor told me I could start trying right away, as soon as I stop bleeding which was a few days. From experience, he and his wife did the same thing and they got pregnant. He said there is really no medical evidence to suggest waiting for your first cycle. I got a positive pregnancy test the third week in January. They said the baby was conceived somewhere between January 1-3rd. He's a healthy and rambunctious toddler now! Best of luck to you mama.

I had a miscarriage December 20 at 6 weeks and 2 days ? took a pregnancy test Saturday feb 18th and came out positive. Went to the doctor and I'm now 5 weeks and 6 days. I was so terrified at the fact of getting pregnant right after a mc, but I pray baby is safe! Happy to know that I'm not alone

I'm glad you posted this question. I also took misoprostol, actually 3 doses vaginally, didn't pass the tissue so they performed a D&C Thursday evening. I just started bleeding today, 2 days later. I'm ready to start trying as soon as possible also. Did your doctor say how long the medication stays in your system? I'm schedule for my follow up in 9 days which is 11 days past my surgery. When is your follow up?

I miscarried dec 28th. And we decided to try right again without waiting for a period. Got pregnant right away. Currently 8w3d and pretty sure just starting to mc again. So yes it is possible to get pregnant right away. But you know your body best. If you feel like you are physically and mentally ready then that's your decision. Everyone's story is different so don't let anyone scare you (like my story) Talking to my maternity clinic they have seen a.
