iud removed
So After About a year and a half I decided to get my iud Merina removed today and start the pill instead... would you say I should use pull out method or condom today it's been about 5 hours since I've had it removed and don't start my pill till tomorrow morning
I had my IUD removed 6 days ago and my anxiety has been at an all time high! Anyone ever have this??
IUD got dislodged and is now stuck in my cervix. Waiting to see if the er can get it removed! I thought I was in labor with the pain I was having!
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀

Op, the insert that came with your pills will tell you exactly how long to use a backup birth control method. Best to get the information right from the source!

Pull out is a method. It’s even listed in every doctors office on the birth control posters ??

To be safe a month, because it takes time and that time changes based on your weight, the amount of hormones etc in the pills and how your body takes to it. You should always wait when starting a new birth control. Condoms womt kill anyone in the meantime and will prevent pregnancy.

Pull out method isn't a form of birth control, so definitely condoms.

Condoms for several WEEKS birth control takes time to work into your system. Use protection for a few weeks.

Weeks that's crazy, my dr didn't tell me anything about using any protection much less how long it takes to start working

I suggest being very careful unless you want a baby! I was making the switch from mirena to pill and am now 11 weeks pregnant!
