NT scan question
Is the NT scan a different ultrasound then the normal ones? I'm having one next week and its not at my normal hospital its at a perinatal (sp?) Clinic.
ANY ONE HELP!!!!!!!! So my scan letters have come.. But I have one for a nt scan and a obstetric scan. Why do I have 2 appointments? What does this mean?

I had mine last week. It is just like any reg ultrasound but little longer bc tech looks at back of baby's neck to measure thickness to determine risks for down syndrome. Mine was done abdominally.

I didn't know it was a transvaginal. They did say I didn't need a full bladder, that must be why....

It is a level 3 transvaginal ultrasound. I have mine scheduled for the 27th, and I also had to go to a special location.
