White residue on nipples

Hi ladies, I've been EPing for about 5 weeks now. I've started to notice a white residue on my nipples that I'm curious about. It doesn't hurt or anything and I don't have any pain when pumping. It looks like it's dried milk or something but caked on. Is this something I should be worried about? Can I just pick it off?

Noticed the same thing when I was pumping too!

I had that too when I EP, no idea why but figured it was just dried milk.

It's not itchy so I don't believe it's thrush. I'll try to scrub it lightly when in the shower and see if that works ?

Probably just milk, should be able to clean it off easier with warm water.

I've never been able to easily swallow pills of any size so whenever I take these big ass prenatal vitamins I literally feel like I'm about choke too death or something and it takes me about 10 minutes to even get it down my throat. 😒
