White on nipples

Hi ladies, I've been EPing for about 5 weeks now. I've started to notice a white residue on my nipples that I'm curious about. It doesn't hurt or anything but it looks gross. Like it's dried milk or something but it's stuck. Is this something I should be worried about? Can I just pick it off?

Update: I managed to slowly pick the white off in the shower. Now I gently wipe my nipples with a wet wipe after every pump and it hasn't come back ?

Mine has been like that for 3 months. I don’t have any pain with it tho but I just let it be.

So about 3 weeks ago I had a miscarriage... I haven't posted about it as it's been a crappy few weeks and been getting my head around it all.. well today I've been having clear mucus when I wipe (tmi sorry). It's been happening the past few days, I've been tired, appetite has been up and down, bloated etc.. I know the right thing to do is take a test but how long after a miscarriage is it possible to be pregnant? I'm not sure whether it's just ovulation that could be happening.. I'm so confused😩
