I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

White residue on nipples

Hi ladies, I've been EPing for about 5 weeks now. I've started to notice a white residue on my nipples that I'm curious about. It doesn't hurt or anything and I don't have any pain when pumping. It looks like it's dried milk or something but caked on. Is this something I should be worried about? Can I just pick it off?

So about 3 weeks ago I had a miscarriage... I haven't posted about it as it's been a crappy few weeks and been getting my head around it all.. well today I've been having clear mucus when I wipe (tmi sorry). It's been happening the past few days, I've been tired, appetite has been up and down, bloated etc.. I know the right thing to do is take a test but how long after a miscarriage is it possible to be pregnant? I'm not sure whether it's just ovulation that could be happening.. I'm so confused😩

TMI Time: I have this weird peeling, white-ish stuff coming off my nipples. It's NEVER happened before. What is it?
