Exhaustion turned into insomnia
Not going to lie.... I was thoroughly enjoying the 8:30-9pm bedtime from a few weeks ago. But in the last few days that has turned quickly into insomnia. I'm up until 1am and really not going under at all. Any tips? I'm 8-9 weeks today. Thank you!
@jenna so weird! Hopefully it passes soon. I think I'm going to try no screens (TV or phone) an hour before bed and see if it helps.
Try lavender essential oil on your wrists and behind you ear lobes. Helps me alot!
