Exhaustion turned into insomnia

Not going to lie.... I was thoroughly enjoying the 8:30-9pm bedtime from a few weeks ago. But in the last few days that has turned quickly into insomnia. I'm up until 1am and really not going under at all. Any tips? I'm 8-9 weeks today. Thank you!

Try lavender essential oil on your wrists and behind you ear lobes. Helps me alot!

Yes try the no computer/phone/TV before bed. A hot milky drink helps. I use sleep balm and pillow spray. Ear plugs and eye mask. The routine helps me get down quickly but I still wake sometimes ?

@jenna so weird! Hopefully it passes soon. I think I'm going to try no screens (TV or phone) an hour before bed and see if it helps.

Same here. I used to fall asleep at like 8-9. Now I'm up all hours of the night and I'm 8 weeks 5 days lol
