Today at my appointment I noticed on my paperwork that my urine protein was 1+. My BP was fine though. I'm worried.... Anyone else think that's not ok?

I would assume that everything is ok. 1+ isn't bad. I think it goes up to 4+. But without high blood pressure that could of been caused by anything. Is this the first time that you've had it?

1+ can be normal in pregnancy due to the increased blood volume and filtration thru kidneys. If there are other indications - your doctor will check it out. Generally 0 and 1+ aren't indicative of anything.

It's fine as long as you have no other problems and it's only 1. At this stage in pregnancy it can be normal to have some protein.
