So my hubby and I have decided to keep our name ideas a secret from family so I'm hoping to get some opinions from u lovely ladies ;-) We already have a Landon, Logan and Lily. We are pretty much set on Lexi for our lil girl but is it weird that it's not a "full" name? My daughter is just Lily, we were debating on using Lillian or Lilyana but decided since we would only be calling her Lily that we would just stick with Lily. I adore Lexi but when I told my bff, her first comment was "I like it, is the full name gona be Alexis?" We want to stick to "L" names so we tossed around Lexalyn or Lexiana as "full" names but I'm not sold on them. I would only call her Lexi so is it ok to just use Lexi?

I like Lexi, I don't think that you have to use it only as a nickname. We are naming our little girl Dani, some of our family thinks we should name her Danielle and just call her Dani, but we don't care.

I love the name Lexi as well!! Keep it as is. We're naming our son Alyexx (Alex) and that's his name. I've only had one person ask if it's short for Alexander. Nope just Alyexx :)

I love the name Lexi. If u ask me I think it is a full name all by itself. My sons girlfriends name is Lexi. And thats not abbreviated, its her full name. And I think its beautiful! Try not to worry what other people think. She is your precious little girl and all that matters is what you think.

Definitely keep it as Lexi. Those longer names are too much on my opinion. My name is Lexus and people always ask me if my real name is Alexis. I like Lexi better anyway! As long as that's what you like, don't worry about everyone questioning it(:

I have a charlie for a girl. Not Charlotte just charlie. Older people give me looks but it doesn't bother me. Name her what you intend to call her.

I think if you want her name to be Lexi then go for it I personally find that it would be cute to just have a "nickname" as a first name.

I like Lexiana but honestly just go for what you want. Lexi as a "full" name is your choice and there's nothing wrong with that :)
