She won't sleep in my arms anymore:(
I'm heart broken! My 12 week old suddenly will not settle to sleep in my arms anymore. What in the world all day she has been super fussy, but the moment I put her in the swing and pop in her soother (keep in mind, she is WIDE awake) she goes to sleep within 5-10 minutes. I am kinda shattered I thought babies loved to be snuggled and cuddled.

Yep, my son no longer wants to sleep in my arms at night either, he squirms till I put him in his crib and then he’s out for half the night.
My baby is similar! The last three nights after his last bottle, he has been fussing and fighting sleep but if I put him up in bed he falls right asleep! ? In some ways it’s a good thing. I wont have to worry about training him to put himself to sleep. BUT he’s also my last (#4) baby and only three months old! I figured I had a little more time.
They are really intelligent!
This happened with my second ... I wanted him to sleep on his own so he slept in her crib also everyone would tell me don't hold him too much bc wont let u do anything , so he was either the swing or any baby stuff
Witin months he didn't wanted to come and sleep with me ... And now he is 3yo ... He wants his bed on his bedroom ☹️ and still brakes my heart
Aww I’m sure that’s bittersweet. I wish my baby was a tad bit more independent but I’m sure I’ll be sad once that actually happens ?
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Opinions on crying it out? My baby is 8 1/2 months old. I've tried the no tears method and it worked a couple times but now it doesn't anymore. I do squats while holding her and rock her (21 lbs baby) for over an hour each nap all for nothing. My friend said she did cry it out and by the 3rd day her baby would only cry 5 minutes and now he's totally fine with sleeping in the crib. Opinions please? I am the only one who actually raises my kid. My fiancé does not help and I have no family that helps. So it is very hard on me. Thank you Edit: because clearly some of the women on here think I'm a monster. I am an EMT. When I go back to work, I will be gone 24 hours at a time. My daughter is almost 9 months old and cries every minute she is not in my arms. As much as I want to comfort her every second of the day, I can't. And it's better I get her used to sleeping on her own now, than not letting her cry and all of a sudden mommys gone for 24 hours at a time and she completely loses it and I can't just get off work to comfort her.
Good'Morning Ladies! Has anyones baby just being very fussy and you don't even know what it could be anymore sense i try everything already & this past days she is just very fussy!!😞😖😖😩 I use to just leave her in her swing she will be happy & fall to sleep now i use her Bouncy,Swing & Nothing she will be there for a bit then start crying she has been crying a lot lately and don't know what it could be anymore i try to give a warm bath & nothing either just don't know anymore💁😨😟
Why?? ??? Why won't baby girl sleep in her bassinet?? I've had it...I can't waste my time anymore trying to put her to sleep in it...I'm exhausted!! I can have her in my arms passed out and then the moment I lay her down all hell breaks loose. I'm too tired to play this game at night. She might as well just sleep in my arms all night cause she sleeps so well!! And why does she have no problem sleeping all day....but come nighttime it's so much fussing...???
