baby is a noisy sleeper
Alright so my LO is just past 7 weeks and she is a great sleeper (for the most part). She has quiet naps that range from 1-3 hours. Her first stretch at night 10-3 she is normally quiet, but that second stretch she just grunts and makes all sorts of noises in her sleep! This is so difficult to sleep through. She isn't gassy or has reflux so I have no idea what in the world is going on.

Look up super swaddle on YouTube. She might like that. My first daughter loved it.

She is swaddled! Normally I have to use 2 Aden swaddles to contain her. And forget the velcro swaddles she likes her legs tight.

Omg it’s not just me?!?! My baby is the same!!! Everyone wakes up rested but me ?. I started the same thing as previous post said; once I started swaddling her she has been better. Not cured lol but better. I’m so tired all the time

Grunting Baby Syndrome. It’s a legit thing. Finally went away for our guy around 7-8weeks. It was the main reason he got moved to the other room in his crib bc I couldn’t sleep through his grunts!
