DH already talking about another baby...

I'm in the opposite boat. I'm dying to get pregnant again right now lol. Pregnancy and labor and delivery were the most amazing moments of my life and I can't wait to do it again. My husband however, wants to wait a long time for our next. Of course it's not ideal for me, but having a baby is SUCH a big decision that we need to be 100% agreed on before it happens. Explain that to him.

I think you should have at least 1 more so your little one has a sibling, I'm an only child and grow up all by myself and it was pretty lonely till today I still wish my mom could have another one she's still young 42...my point is, it feels pretty lonely you have no one to play with ?...but obviously is up to you but I agree with the rest of the ladies give it time to re-think about it

Our first was an oops, and my god it was the best oops ever. However I had a horrible first pregnancy and we both said for sure one and done. And then our second boy decided to join us against all odds when my first was only 4.5 months ? you know what they say, when you want to make God laugh tell him your plans. It’s been tough but I wouldn’t trade him for the world. I’m so glad my first has a sibling. Give yourself some time mama, you never know what God has in store.

After I had my first (daughter) 7 years ago.. I NEVER thought I'd have another. I thought well I'd love to have a son but you can't choose so... lol.. my mom ALWAYS told me.. you're not done, you'll have a little boy one day. Well she passed away August of 16 and unexpectedly I found out I was pregnant that following February. Guess what! It was a boy! And even though I was terrified because I'd only ever wanted one kiddo, my mom knew I would have another. Being a mom was her favorite thing, and it turns out it's mine too!! Just had baby boy and we actually want to try for another next year. NEVER thought I'd hear myself say that, lol I mean it only took 7 years to have another ? you have all the time in the world to think about it, just saying.. life is crazy and has a way of changing your mind about things you never thought you would.

Wait it out and think about it like all the pp are saying. It’s no fun to but your body through something so tough if you really don’t want to BUT if you change your mind, as an only child myself I think your l/o will appreciate a sibling because there are so many things I’ve had to go through alone.

Mine is the same way. He wants another ASAP it terrifies me. I didn’t mind pregnancy but labor was awful for me

Hubby and I both wanted one before pregnancy ... and pregnancy was HARD... and difficult delivery. But I immediately wanted another again and he's still at one! We have decided to revisit the subject in 7 months when it would be time to even consider trying so maybe just give yourself time to see how you both honestly feel.

I would wait. You might just change your mind in a year or two or maybe even three. If my hubby was talking about another right now it would be a flat out no too lol. We have decided to be done at 2 though.

Just wait. It doesnt need to be decided now. Maybe say you will revisit in two years for example. Life doesnt have to be definate!

I hateeeeee pregnancy. It makes me miserable. But, I have ended up with three kids!
