inducing is pushed back!
I was scheduled to be induced but sadly the hospital is full... I get to wait till 11am or 2pm to be induced now!!! My hubby took off work and his vacation starts so I am hoping I still get to go in otherwise he gets less baby time.
It's my turn ladies! Finally, after nearly FORTY-TWO weeks... I decided to get induced. Baby Violet scared me with some decreased fetal movement and I couldn't wait any longer.
Please help! My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?

I'm getting induced tomorrow night! I'm scared bc ive wasnt induced with my other 2. Im not sure what to expect, but im excited I get to meet my son Thursday.

Great now it's Sunday evening ladies. That'll make 5 days of waiting.
Everyone that I know that has delivered at this hospital scheduled induction or c section has never heard of this crap.

Goodness 8 hours later and still nothing. If I can't get on by 6pm ladies I get to wait til Friday.
DH is annoyed because he scheduled off for this and now we are just watching tv all day and it's driving me nuts.
Also friends and family keep blowing me up and even mass text messages aren't working to keep them at bay. This is what I was trying to avoid.
Oh and not to mention they keep telling me to eat lightly, well F___ that, momma's officially cranky and starving and at this point I'd rather poop myself then continue this light eating and never feeling full. Because I know if I get to go in tonight I don't get to eat til after I give birth. Ugh. ?

I’m being induced tomorrow, and after reading all these posts about inductions getting postponed, I’m not getting my hopes up! I hope you get a room soon! Fingers crossed that I don’t get any phone calls for mine to be postponed!
