6 Week Ultrasound
Hi everyone, didn't know where to post this but I was looking to hopefully get some insight. I had a fetal ultrasound performed this evening, both abdominal and transvaginal, and the tech said that she couldn't see much of anything. She said I was measuring right around 6 weeks (which is what I had figured) but I don't know if she just said that based on the date of my last period or what. What would she be measuring? I did have my HCG levels checked this past Sat (1/30) and Mon (2/1) and the doctor said the numbers looked pretty good. The tech did say that they'll probably want me to come back in about a week to see if anything has changed but I am feeling pretty defeated. I will try calling the doctor tomorrow for more information but I was hoping that someone might be able to share some wisdom with me. I haven't really had any bleeding at all but I have experienced some dull aching and discomfort. Thanks!!

Maybe your not enough far a long to see much yet, just the sac? Maybe thats what they was going by the measurements of that?

I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and couldnt see anything and then had another ultrasound at 7 and half weeks and we got to see the heart beating. Hopefully u will get to see ur little heart beating soon
