@taffy I'm getting induced cuz I have GD and they don't want me going more than 40 weeks. It never hurts to ask but most doctors won't do it unless there is a medical reason.

So are you saying you can ask to be induced on your due date. I’m 39+1 today, docs appointment on Tuesday morning due date 27th so can I just ask for it like that?

I was induced once wasn’t bad either it just makes the contractions intense depending how they do it but I’m have a section this time and prefer that method lol

I was induced with my first & I don’t have anything to compare it to but I didn’t think it was bad at all. I did have an epidural tho but it was a very low dose because I still felt everything (i swear it did nothing for me) and even with that it wasn’t that bad.

Congrats! If I hit my due date I'm asking for induction too. I always ask when I hit my due date. The misery will end!!! :)
