Thanks guys, the pain eased up a bit but still very much there. I go for a NST tomorrow so I'll mention it to them. I'm just ready for some relief, and it seems like nothing really works!

Sounds like early labor to me mild cramping tightening back pain. Currently going on 10 houra with it. Hopfully soon for us mama.

Ohh no that’s such a bummer, but I understand that one as my dr is outta town this week too. One rough thing about this process, you just never know when they’re gone/baby wants to come.

Yeah I’ve tried a few things, I have a cream I made with my oils that help a lot. Then also the rocking/swaying.

Did you try a warm shower? Or bath? Or have hubby put pressure on your lower back if your solo find a hard ball or tennis ball and stand up against the wall and put the ball where you need the pressure. It's helps temporarily buts it's some relief

I see a Dr on Thursday because mine is once again on vacation... For the 3rd time this pregnancy which means if I do have my son this week, a Dr who knows nothing about me will be delivering my son. My husband isn't very happy.

Ughh That’s how I’m feeling today too.. But I have an appointment tomorrow so I’m “trying” to hold out & see if they get that much worse, but they’re consistent with the dull back aching & pressure. ?

I almost made a trip last night it was so bad. I sat on my yoga ball for a few hrs then I was able to lay down but kept waking up. I'm still in some pretty good pain today.

@ katie that’s what my cousin told me a few days ago. Better to be safe than sorry.

I know we keep going in but it's always better to go in than deliver at home. L&D can get over it! Lol!

I have had this problem almost my whole pregnancy. More constant and severe starting at like 30w. Was put on the monitor last week and they were contractions but they dont dilate me. Dr said i have an "irritable uterus", go figure ? its been getting worse thr past 2 weeks or so but im 39w.

Yes I never had this with my first, so it's very strange to me and so uncomfertable. I was up at 2am from the pain and didn't fall back asleep tell 5am and then was up at 6 again ?

Im having the same thing back pain tummy tightening and cramping but more back pain than cramping i slept through the night just fine but once i woke up it started again idk what it is though I've never experienced it with my previous 3 pregnancies

Yes I know exactly how you feel. It’s so exhausting.
