So today when I was pooping I was squeezing hard cuz I have been really constipated, well when I whipped I had very slimy green discharge and it was kind of a lot. Should I be concerned? I'm having a little cramping but I think that's just from squeezing so hard.

My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
