Ok ladies I have a question about pumping how does it work? I mean I'm talking more about storing the milk and when I'm ready to use it do you just thaw it out and give it to the baby or do you heat it up? Also how long does it take to thaw out and how long can you store it for? I'm going back to work end of January so just want to get a jump start on milk

I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
how long does it take? So we talk a lot about how often everyone does it but how long do you do it for? From start to finish (including foreplay, not including cuddling).

Store it in the freezer safe milk bags... just thaw either in the fridge or under hot water if you're pressed for time. Never in the microwave. You can feed it to baby cold if he/she will tolerate it. My baby prefers it warm. Milk is good for 5 hours at room temperature, 5 days in the fridge, 5 months in a regular freezer, & up to a year in a deep freezer. Good luck!! ❤️

Also when you start pumping store 2oz in each bag. We just introduced the bottle and she won't drink more than 2oz.
