baby nails What are some ways you have found to be successful at trimming your babies nails?

I have nail trimming scissors! They work so well and baby doesn't even notice

I can't bring myself to biting his nails. No offense to you ladies but I just can't lol

I tried piling them off but they seem to be thicker so it doesn't really work well

I bite them while I'm breastfeeding him or he's asleep. Occasionally I peel but I find biting easier

I do it while i breastfeed. Never had any issues.

I bite them. I tried cutting my first babies nails once.. cut her.. and never again. It scarred me. This works for us

I just peel them. They are still so thin that they tear easily and come right off.

I bite them, then peel them off. I still do this with my 16 month old, and have yet to make her or my son bleed.

I chew my kid's nails. I'm not kidding either.

Thanks ladies. I'll have to try an emery board. I've tried to do it while he's sleeping but he moves in his sleep and then wakes up

Did it while he was sleeping. It worked well.

I have hubs hold and feed him while I do he doesn't even notice

My doctor told me don't use nail clippers on babies this small because there nail beds are really sensitive. I haven't had to trim my babies yet I suggest a emery board
