just thinking...
I'm starting to think that Suzanne lady was right for my reading. She told me that I'm ovulating but not always mature follicles due to elevated estrogen. And she told me to use Soy Isoflavones for it. She also suggested B6 100mg, folic acid(which I started this cycle since my opks came with it), and a CoQ10 vitamin.

Personally I wouldn't take Suzanne's reading to heart. I have had two readings now that were wrong. I also have a friend that was told similar to you but has male factor infertility. It wouldn't hurt to have bloodwork though and bring up irregular cycles. Good luck :)

Thanks. Ill have to make an appointment sometime. And I just found it odd that most of the stuff she said sounded like it was happening lol

I have a hormonal imbalance due to having polyps for years (polyps cause a hormonal imbalance). I think I already told you my story but basically even after removing the polyps my af was still irregular and I was mid cycle spotting/bleeding.
I started taking supplements (symplex f, folic acid, vitamin d3, macca root, royal jelly and a prenatal) and after 3 months I noticed I was having between a 35-38 day cycle and O'd the last 2. I haven't mid cycle bled since April of this year (knock on wood).
Ive taken soy before and I'm sure you've done your research but soy is like Clomid it tricks your body into producing more esteogen. I don't know if Suzanne suggested that thinking you need more esteogen in the beginning of your cycle to grow a mature follicle? I also Don't know that soy would have the effect you're looking for...
I suggest seeing your doctor for a cd 3, cd 21 blood test and possibly a US to look at.your follicles to see if they're maturing. Idk what you're issue is... it could be nothing, it could be something simple but I think it's best to see a dr first.
I got a reading from Suzanne in 2011 (before I knew I had polyps). She told me that she felt my LP wasn't long enough and I should take B6 and I'll concieve in January. So I took the b6 for 6 months and when January came and went I contacted her and she said "it could mean you give birth or conceive in January but now I'm seeing April for a boy".
That was 3 years ago... i found out I had polyps in Nov of 2012 and scheduled surgery for March but it fell through and had it in Aug of 2013. I've been ttc ever since. Im not saying she doesn't know what shes talking about but I will say that I would recommend a full blood workup over a supplement that may work or may make things worse.
There's always the possibility to try the Soy if you want to try that before seeing a doc then seeing a doc... but it must be taken like Clomid (same time for 5 days straight). Don't exceed 5 days as it could have the opposite effect and hinder ovulation... gl kfoster. I know how you're feeling and i hope things work out soon for you.

Thanks rougesdream. I think I'm gonna see what happens the rest of this cycle and if it doesn't look like I ovulated at all or tried to then didn't again, I'm gonna go to the doctors. Should I just go to my normal doctor and ask if they can do hormone tests to see if there where there suppose to be at?

I'd make an appt with an obgyn and let them know you've been bbt charting and don't think you're ovulating. They will run tests to see... I'd also mention you stopped bc in Dec and have been trying ever since. Gl.
