@Sara it says by 8pm tonight April 12...sigh... But it's now 8:35pm still no show. ?? wondering if they ment 8pm there time cause if it's 8pm here in Tennessee, then it's supposedly 5pm in California.. I had it posted earlier but it got deleted cause said to much information?..what do you think? Maybe it's the time zones?

Did it go out through UPS? I wonder if you can go to their website and type in the package number in their tracking search bar
I did the clinical on Tuesday, they received my sample Wednesday and then got my results today. I’m not sure how the at home one works though. I had the option of doing fast track but decided not to do it. Do you have a tracking number on yours that you can see where it is?
I did receive a email yesterday saying they received my sample. It said my results would be back within 24 hours of that email. It ended up being less than 24 hours though.
I don’t know what happened with this app but I don’t get notifications anymore. But yes, it’s 8pm their time. I spent most of my morning trying to figure it out, only to realize they are two hours behind me ??
