Heartburn/acid reflux What does everyone do for heartburn/acid reflux? Ive had it bad past 3 days…

tums help occasionally, but my doctor also said I could take Zantac if it's really bad, which it has been lately!!!

My husband always gets it and I've never had it in my life before last week and i thought i was dying, my husband started laughing at me and said its just heartburn! I've had it every day since :(

I have heartburn every day. My baby better come out with my husband's cute curly hair ?

Tums, zantac and lots of milk.

Sometimes I have to do all 3 at once to get the relief.

Two TUMS Smoothies before I lie down helps tremendously! I have to take them every night before bed.

Tums tums tums! Something fizzy to drink with foods that trigger it seems to help me. Laying on my left side. I get it even with water at this point lol

I have to sleep on right side otherwise my hips hurt a lot, and I unfort. Cant stomach tums. Puke everytime I eat them

I drink milk before bed and sleep sitting up

My doctor give me pepcid to take for it n it helps alot..

My fiancé gets it bad and relies on Zantac. He also likes Pepto.
