Happy 4th of July...

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I started out having back pain at the cabin, then my falling early this morning lost my balance, thank god caught myself on my knees, then got sick and threw up and now still can't tolerate to eat anything. Is this getting me ready for 3rd trimester?! Happy to be home
