This is what my feet and legs look like after an 8 hour shift at work. Is anyone else experiencing swelling like this?

My issue is in my hands. I can't really use my hands because they are swollen and they hurt like hell. Bad thing is I work on a computer all day. I don't have a lot of swelling in my feet. But my hands are in a lot of pain. It radiates all the way to my elbows. Just elevate and soak them. Good luck

I just started to get bad swelling in my feet...but mainly my left foot. I am 37 weeks and retaining a lot of water. I gained 6lbs in the last week which I'm sure is all water. ?

Ouch! I'm not but I feel for you! Elevate those babies above the level of your heart. Are you close to going on maternity leave?

I get them from sitting too long and battling 115+ degree temps in Phoenix. I have to get up once an hour and walk around for about 5 minutes. I go home and sit with my legs elevated above my heart off and on through the night. I take a cold bath with epsom salts before bed. If it doesn't go down in the morning, head to the doc or hospital!

Lay with them above your heart for 5 minute durations at a time

Soaking them in cool water is the only thing that helps me!

Yeah, that can happen for a plethora of reasons, one is poor circulation. I get it if I sit too long. Stand too long. Walk too log. Lol. It's ridiculous. Basically since your feet are the furthest thing south of your heart, it's going to get the hardest beating. Literally.

If you can, get an extra chair to elevate your feet. It won't completely heal or prevent it, but it'll dang sure feel better! Sorry you have to endure this!
