Well my husband was the one who locked the door for some odd reason. But long story short I got locked out of the house getting ready for school still in pajamas, no cellphone, no keys, no shoes just socks, literally just woke up barely had put my contacts in. I had to walk up the street (with cars passing me staring) to where my grandma worked to have someone call a locksmith. And to make matters worse he couldn't even open the lock he worked for over an hour trying to get it open. We ended up having to climb up onto the second story porch and enter through that door. Seriously wasn't a good morning lol

I was talking to my grandma in the car, she was on my Bluetooth and I opened the garage and proceeded to pull in. Oh, that's right you need to pay attention to how far you go in the garage, huh?

All I hear is "crunch"! I hit the wall and dented the sheet rock! My husband wasn't home so I had my grandma laughing at me while I tried to figure out how I was going to tell him.

I was riding in the car and for some reason, out of the blue,thought I needed to put the visor down, but it was already down. Apparently I did it with enough force I broke the whole thing off. I have no idea why or what came over me. My DH thought I was nuts. Lol.

On the topic of shattered glass windows, when we moved out of our old house, DH did a yard sale of all the stuff we didn't want to move. We made about $300. DH was out there for like 8 hours in 100 degree heat. After it was over, he loaded up all the stuff that didn't sell to drop off at a thrift store, which included a big old tv, the old box style ones. He got it all loaded and went to close the back hatch door on the SUV when the window shattered. Apparently he underestimated how far he pushed in the tv and the corner of it went through the window.

It cost $300 to fix.

We use the drop in bottles, I was trying to talk to my 3yo while getting my 1yo a bottle. I didn't have a liner in it & milk went everywhere. Not the first time it's happened either.

Carpet cleaner is in a red jug. Draino is also in a red tub. Guess which I cleaned 2 spots in my house with? Two LARGE spots. It bleached it.

One time I baked banana bread and forgot to add the bananas... so it was just gross dry bread.

I came to visit my parents for a few days so I turned off all the electricity in my apartment like we always do when we leave for days at a time, we'll I accidentally turned literally ALL of it off including the fridge..... I remember when I was already 5hours away.... I called my SO that is out if town for work to see if the 24/7 maintenance guys could go in and turn it back on. I feel so bad because all the food will go bad and we just bought groceries Friday. I need to call the office tomorrow to see if they are nice enough to go in and turn the fridge on and hopefully save some food???

Well at my Ds's daycare they send little reports home every day. Apparently the past 3 days she's been asking for more diapers and I just totally blank and haven't even seen it written on the papers. Today she asked if I was having a hard time with money and cohkdnt afford diapers.. it was a little embarrassing but will teach me to thoroughly go over his report. Not a big deal, but i don't want her to think I'd purposefully send ds without diapers.

Op I did the same thing! A year ago, I was taking a friend home from my house. It was -30 (in AK) and my garage door was going slow I guess. Had to replace the garage door. I yanked the tail thingy on top of my trunk off.. it's been glued on since I don't have $800 to fix it. It's not used for anything anyways. So don't feel to bad. My husband was even gone at the time. I felt so stupid.

I got stuck in the snow when I could have easily avoided it and so spent 20 minutes in the cold digging me out.

I dropped my phone while picking my kids up from daycare and shattered my phones screen. I'm broke til Friday.?

I backed into DHs truck once ? it was my first time ever hitting anything. He laughed his ass off at me. No damage to his truck, but the bolt that holds his license plate scratched my car.

Just did this a couple hours ago. DS is sick and was getting ready to take him to the pedi. Hit the remote start button for my car and finished getting him ready to go. Got him out to the car and buckled into his seat climbed in and put the key in the ignition and tried to put it in reverse. I couldn't get out of park no matter what I tried! I only got about 2 hours sleep since I was up with him pretty much all night and now my car isn't working! Was literally ready to cry! Well the car automatically shuts off 10 minutes after you hit the remote start. The car shuts off. It finally registers that I didn't turn the key to the on position when I put the key in the ignition. Restarted it and drove away.

I'm only 7 weeks, but so far I can't seem to find anything. Especially when it's right in front of my face! Lol I went on for a good half hour looking for the BBQ sauce that wasn't in the fridge where it normally is. I finally asked dh what happened to it and sure enough, it appeared!

Omg! I've done so many stupid things! I'm always leaving the keys in the back door.

A couple of times I've done a big supermarket shop, had it all scanned and when it comes to paying I realise I left all my cards and money at home! So embarrassing! There's loads!
