Mackenzie sleeps 10-11 hours!

She goes to bed between 730 and 8 and wakes up for good between 8 and 10 and will take her nap depending on when she woke around 1 or 2 and naps for about 90 min.

Shyla sleeps at least 12 hrs she does wake up frequently but is normally quickly nursed back down.

Can I ask you mommies how long you LO sleeps through the night with only 1 nap?

One nap here too! Similar to linkin88's routine plan but nap is much shorter. My dd has never been one for sleeping lots during the day.... To much mayhem to cause!!!

Yup sofia only takes one nap.. Its been like this for a,while since she,was like 5 months!

yep! same with the last two. Amira takes one nap around 12:30 or 1 after lunch for 2 hours. sometimes she may need another nap but not often. she goes to bed around 8 and gets up around 7. she's been taking one nap now for about a month. she was fighting a second nap like crazy!!!

Cooper only takes one afternoon nap - if he naps really early (before noon) then he may take a short nap late afternoon. I can't get him to bed before 8:30 as it is, if he took more naps, he'd be up until midnight...which is where we were before we cut the 2nd nap.

My lo takes one nap. She just stopped her morning ones. I would put her down and shed just end up standing in her crib. She now wakes around 7am.

Breakfast at 8.

Snack at 10.

Lunch at 1130-12

Nap at 1-1:30

Up around 3

Dinner at 5pm

Bed around 7:30-8.

There are some days where she wants a nap in the morning. Abd if after her 10am snack she's really fussy, I'll try and put her down. I do t force it though. I figure if they want to sleep they'll sleep. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about.

Mine still take 2 naps a day. Sometime after 1 year old is when they are supposed to go down to 1 nap...but every baby is different. If your LO is cranky around 4:00 pm, they he may not be getting enough sleep.
