healthy advice plz?
Hey!I just joined a gym right before finding out I was pregnant. Im about 20~25 lbs overweight. Im trying to tone up and be healthy. What is the max weight I should do on my arms, abs, legs? Also is it ok to continue to drink the eas whey 100 percent protein? I used to drink it after my workouts. Ive had a life long battle with food my weakness is sugar. Other than that im super healthy.I try my best eating healthy as much as I can. I would really like to get this fat off and tone up without hurting my baby. I have a 15year old daughter and suffered one misscarriage. I have not told either my daughter or husband yet as im afraid to have another miscarriage. They were very affected by it the last time. This would be I and my husbands first child together. He has 3 from prior relationships and my daughter is also from a prior relationship.

Hi, and congrats on your pregnancy. Fingers crossed that baby grows happy and healthy for the next 9 months or so!
You're fine to continue anything you were doing prior to pregnancy as far as exercise. If you were lifting fairly heavy, maybe cut down a bit, but continue the routine! I have never heard of that protein personally so I can't say whether it's ok to continue or not, but it should say something on the package or you should be able to research online or as your dr if it's ok. I know there are tons of protein options that are perfectly safe though so you shouldn't have to change much! :)

I'm new to this forum so I don't really know how to use it too muc... but in response to overseas baby I usually like cakes and brownies, chocolate, and that's where my weak point is...its very hard to control myself. but im trying to get some fruits and veggies... trying to work out from 3 to 5 days a week... and I'm a Christian so just having faith in God that all of this is going to turn out well.
