So my OB recommended that I get the tdap shot. I called the clinic on post (hubby is in the military) to ask about scheduling a time to come in. I was told they can't give me the shot because I'm pregnant.. What the heck?

They might not have the right shot for you. You have to have the one made for pregnant women.

I don't think the woman I spoke to knew what she was talking about... I just left the immunization clinic.

My ob suggested going to the minuteClinic at CVS. It was fast, easy, and completely covered by insurance.
