My trick to sleeping better

I love fall, my favorite season!!! I always make my pumpkin bread in the fall. Makes my whole house smell like pumpkin!! We love pumpkin here too!!! ?

I might have to try the candle trick! My favorite canle is Marshmellow fireside by bath and body works. I wonder if my lil one will like it lol. Worth a try right?

I'm totally trying this. I think my little girl is going through the 4 month sleep regression right now and she is a bit harder to put down, so any tips that may help are welcomed! I can't wait for fall too! I want to get my hands on some Creamy Nutmeg candles but I'm pretty sure Bath and Bodyworks discontinued them... not fair. Pumpkin scents are definitely a close runner up for me, though. So yummy!

Fall is my favorite season too :) my bday is October 3rd and my dh and sd10 bday is October 20th. Plus Halloween and thanksgiving. I'm so excited it's our babies first holiday season
