First day of work im so nervous!! How offten should i be pumping?

...mmmm hes hangin lol lets just say hes asleep as soon as i get home lol. He hands me the kids and is out haha. I hand him his dinner and he takes like 4-5 bites and passes out lol. They wear him out!!

Were doing pretty good she eats rice cereal with bananas with breast milk with daddy while I'm at work. And i pump every 2 hrs. Is working so far.

The my let down is mad even in the shower I can wash the walls lol

@queenyb thank you so much i actually did this but with being a sub i have to be there for the teachers as much as possible. Even tho its law to let me pump. But last friday i got a total of 11 oz and thursday my first day i only got 6 so im pretty proud of myself for that. A total of 5oz more the next day!! Oh and i never have let down at work unless i pump. You must have a very sensitive let down. My let down is sensitive but only to Neo or the pump. So as soon as i turn the pump on i have my let down or as soon as i put neo to breast i have a let down.

Awww hun I'd have the worst anxiety. I had to go out and do some work things although I'm not back at work fully and I live my little man with my kids and friend. He usually nurses whenever he wants sometimes he goes 4 or so hours sometimes he pecks on me every 15 mins or just for a few minutes an hour

I cried because I had a let down and he wasn't there I called home and he was sleeping lol.

Pump whenever you can especially if you have a let down.

Neo feeds sporadically so just try once every 2 hours and if it gets to 3 hours oh well. And if you can do it twice in 2 hours and miss 3 hours ....just keep it up ⚘

I don't lol...my husband is very supportive tho so it works out. Its definatly hard Thats for sure.

I pump every 3 hours. Once before work when I first get there at 530/6, again at coffee break at 9am, again at noon time and I’m home by 3 so the baby nurses. We do BLW also and I cannot imagine how your LO eats every 30 minutes. How do you get anything done?

She eats every30 mins tho... I'm doing babyled weining so I'm clueless i cant pump every 30 mins

If you're trying to maintain your supply i would pump as many times as your LO eats while you're gone

My schedule today is 8-4 so

I pump three times...once when I get up (I nurse before leaving as well) Then again at work @ 8:30 and lunch at 11:30 home by three to nurse. Good luck!
