I use essential oils for Khari for sleep and when she's sick. They are amazing. I use young living oils. I've used it in her bath, a few drops when I'm putting lotion on her or as a defuser in her room. Be careful when using oils. some oils should be used with a carrier oil ( coconut, olive or almond oil).
PP what oils do you use for a sick babe? My daughter has a cold (runny nose, sneezing and a very minor cough). We have the humidifier going in her room but curious what oils you use and if I could add them to the humidifier water since I don't have a diffuser.
Combine 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, coconut oil, or what ever light oil you have with 2 drops melaleuca (Tea Tree), 1 drop lemon, and 1 drop rose . Massage a little of the blend on neck and chest. You can add a few drops of lemon, lavender, and rosemary in the humidifier to diffuse in the room.
I put roman chamomile and lavender in a rollerball and roll it on her feet. Just one drop of each and the rest coconut oil. I also roll it on her jawline when she's upset from teething.

Ohhh I actually have Roman chamomile here but it's mixed with something I'll have to check it.
I occasionally add lavender to the bath water or in hot weather some rosemary. So I'll see if I can get some chamomile next time I'm at the oil shop.
Thanks heaps
I wonder... do you know if it is ok with a sick bubs? Would it increase the risk of sids?

Would it be better in a bath or oil?
