Yes! I posted on here panicking about it lol some swelling went down from yesterday to today I lost 4 pounds from all of the retained water. My midwife says it's normal and not to worry as long as you're not having vision changes or headaches.

I'm 2 weeks pp and my feet finally returned to normal 2 days ago. The selling after was 10 times worse after pregnancy than during. So glad it's gone.

Yep! It took mine 2 weeks to go down. The only thing that helped was me laying down other my feet propped up.

I did, it was worse then any swelling during my whole pregnancy. It took about 5 days to go away. I tried to keep my feet elevated and sleep on my left side.

I did after my first 3 babies. I'm sure I will again after this one. Just prop your feet up as much as possible.

I don't get to do it either, chance would be a fine thing!

Hmm ok I've been taking my 800 ibuprofen too and it seems to help it's just so hard to keep my feet up when I've got a 4 day old and a 3 year old. And a husband who forgets all the time I just pushed out a baby lol.

Midwife told me it was perfectly normal and it will go after a bit. She advised me to keep my feet raised when I can

I did last time. This time I made sure to take it easy and put my feet up a lot and I barely got any this time.

So I'm looking at about 2 weeks of swollen ankles right? I've never swelled before it's crazy

Yup! I swelled up badly but now at almost 2 weeks pp, all of the extra fluid is gone and I'm down 22lbs.

I actually weighed 3 lbs more than when I went in to have him because of all the swelling. I have tree trunks for legs. I had a c-section and they say its completely normal bc they pump u full of so many fluids. I'm 7 days pp and some of the swelling has gone but not all of it.

Yea my husband won't let me do anything he makes me prop it up. And drink lots of water too. It's hard because of my 3 year old. Constantly needing me.
