How far along are you ? I'm 15 weeks and I still feel nauseous every time ... This is my 3rd pregnancy and it's been the worse ( nausea wise ) I've doing ice water and Popsicles ... It seems to help a lil and my doc prescribed Zofran too ! That does help . Cuz I did the ginger , the crackers , and nothing worked

Slushies and lugi Italian ice and yogurt helps me! Doesn't last long but when I can't feel it it's great!

Try eating smaller meals more often. Apples and peanut butter, saltines and ginger ale, bananas help as well. I find that if I don't eat every couple of hours, I get really sick.

Try unisom tablets (not the softgels cause different composition), my doctor said it's one of the safest meds out there (category A). Used it during the first trimester for my first pregnancy and now again for my second. 1/2 tablet when you go to bed and it helps the following morning. You can also take some during the day if needed. It makes me a bit sleepy but definitely prefer that to really bad nausea all day... It doesn't take all the nausea away for me but it does take the edge off! Another option is Diclegis, ask your doctor about it. Good luck!

Choke (I say choke because I'm finding it nearly impossible to eat) down something every 2 hours. My doc recommend the acupressure bands for your wrists. Vitamin B6 and a half of a Unisom tablet 2xs a day (this will make you sleepy if you aren't already!) They all seem to help a bit. Not perfect but I'm in better shape than last week.

The sea bands didn't work for me but I have a neasuea..pen?... It worked most the time. You just take off the lid and smell it

It's called quease ease. It's $11.50 on Amazon and it works and pretty quickly when I got nauseous!

Keep vitamin B6, and lots of magnesium, best part is, the magnesium oil spray is best absorbtion option. It stings a little when you put it on, but that's another sign mag is low. Research studies have shown increased morning sickness with mommas with low mag levels which most of us are deficient. Most mag supplements don't absorb either therefore are essentially useless.
