I had a danish made by a local farm - my DH bought it at the farmers market and it was delicious.

Brown 2 cups of rice with chopped up onion and garlic. Once browned, I use two cans of chicken broth (you can use one) and one can of diced tomatoes. Season with salt and a little dash of caldo con sabor de pollo, mix it and let it cook*** on its own for about 20 minutes. ?
