It was one of our "poor man's meals" when we were little. The good tortillas though, the ones bought straight of the tortilleria, freshly made and warm, not the stiff, nasty, store bought tortillas lol.

When I make roast in the crock pot I make tacos put of it. I put potatoes, carrots, roast cilantro sour cream cheese and Tabasco saucr. Everyone says it's weird I think it's genious
