How you do ladies feel about a 3 month old starting to eat solids already?
No way! My sister did that with her daughter who is a year right now even stopped getting formula and giving her cow milk at 3 months and food and rice and chicken and I freaked out. Her daughter is overweight for her age. Very overweight. I'm actually behind on starting my baby food and I am thinking of starting now that he's 7 months. He's really chunky so he's getting what he needs.
My son got a spoonful or two starting at 4 months once or twice in a day. He only got that once or twice a week. He poops just fine and never cried over tummy issues. And I'll say this he has no problem letting you know his discomfort.
My mom started all her kids between 4 and 6 months. Our digestive systems are just fine. All babies are different. Yes the digestive system is still maturing but that'll be happening until adulthood.
But three months is to young. That's still considered newborn age. So I would believe solids would cause havoc on a three month olds digestive system.
ETA: By spoonful I mean the tip was only covered. He in reality got half a spoonful the way I did it lol
I seen someone saying that her baby is ready for solids because her LO watches her eat. ?
A lady I know did this with her baby. Started solids at 3 months... baby was nearly 2 months premature. I can't image poor baby's tummy... they feed water already too... ☹️ such a small small baby....
