All test are negative and we got sent home a couple of hours ago! It feels so good to be home with my baby boy. Thank you all again for the prayers. ??

ANOTHER UPDATE: nothing grew on his urine so we are waiting on his blood and spinal test to come back and if it's negative and he isn't running any fevers, we get to go home today! He hasn't ran any fevers since yesterday afternoon.

So fingers crossed all goes good and his test are negative!

My son got tested but results came out saying he didnt have it. Doc said he had a virus and hes on a nebulizer right now. (So is my daughter and im on an inhaler is that time of year) be positive take care of ur baby and yourself

His temperature is rising again. It's at 100.4. Doctor will be giving him more Tylenol. All test are still reading negative which is a good thing but can't keep his temperature down. ?

My son had RSV when he was about 6 months, Dr said we were lucky to catch it early. He's now a very big very active 3 yr old.... though he does have severe asthma...

RSV has been my worst fear this past month ?

Update 2: he did alright in the night. I was up every hour with him. He isn't eating much but I figure it's because he's hooked to an IV and they have him hydrated. His nurse informed me that his temperature started to rise again while we were all sleeping but she gave him Tylenol. His cough is still a little heavy as well.

RSV can still come back positive. His urine came back negative and we won't know about his spinal until tomorrow. Fingers crossed it's negative because I want to go home with my baby already!

I am glad it's not RSV. I know it's scary, I will keep praying everything will get better

UPDATE: RSV came back negative but since he's still showing signs of it he may still have it. Temperature is good. Waiting for a room to go upstairs.

Baby has temp of 100.5 we will be spending at least 48 hours in hospital. They have yet tested for RSV
