Sometimes both sometimes just one. He usually sleeps on his back so I dont think its from sleeping on his sides. Idk what it could be, im so clueless.

I thought maybe he was hurt in daycare, running into something maybe.

Is it both ears or just one? Could he be sleeping on it causing the ear to bend?

He stays home with me as I am his primary caregiver. He has been getting these ever since he turned 2. Doctor doesn't seem concerned but I just want to know what it is or what could cause them to bruise if it is bruises.

Ears can bruise just like any part of the body. Are you his primary caregiver? Is he in daycare?

It cause the pic is blurry but it isn't his veins.

Pp I was also thinking veins. That's what it looks like to me.

I am very thankful he is healthy. But it's just weird to me that they seem to come out of nowhere.

Maybe he likes to scratch and pull on his ear when he's sleepy or something?

No advice here except if he's fine with it and it's not a health concern, just be thankful he's healthy and it's nothing serious.
