Cradle cap

What are you guys doing for cradle cap? I know it’s normal and will eventually go away but I’d like to try things to help it on it’s way. I’ve tried special shampoo (it worked like magic for my son but it’s not helping her) and I’ve tried the special Frieda cradle cap brush. I’ve tried coconut oil and olive oil. Nothing is budging it.

For my son id use baby oil and leave it over night and comb it in the morning them wash and I did that for a few days and it was gone. I plan on doing the same with my daughter her head is starting to get the cradle cap smell

I did coconut oil for 15 minutes, really massaged it in and out beanie on and brushed her hair with comb, and then used mustela shampoo for cradle cap and used frida silicone brush to massage it again, did like 3 treatments every other day and it’s been good since.

I also used the baby oil before washing the hair and brushing in circles - it cleared up Nova's scalp in like 2 or 3 baths.

It’s not the one I used, I’ll switch to that shampoo and give it a go. I have tried the brushing in circles but after coconut oil not baby oil.

I’m using the Mustela cradle cap shampoo. Not sure if that’s the one you used but it’s working for us.

I did coconut oil. I put it on and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Then use a baby brush to loosen everything up. Then wash baby’s hair. It went away.

Now I’m dealing with the baby acne. Lol.

Have you tried a soft bristled brush with baby oil on it and brush the scalp in circles. It work for my son!
