Starving Breast feeding mamas?

So I remember last time I was a little extra hungry while breast feeding but this time I feel like I am never not hungry. Like starving hungry. I’m trying to eat healthy things and plenty of protein but oh my goodness I am soooo hungry.

Omg I thought I was the only one !!!! I ate like 5 plates of soup and drank so much water but I wasn't satisfied.

I can eat all day now that im not pregnant but really I dont. ? i just hydrate myself to produce milk for baby for when hes hungry. I try eating lots of fruits and veggies.

Constantly starving here, too!! I think part of it is that my nausea and reflux was so bad at the end of pregnancy- it’s amazing to be able to eat again! Haha!

Mm hmmm. Same here. One thing that has been a go-to snack and/or easy lunch to eat with one hand... Lots of veggies, hummus and crackers! The veggies fill me up. I feel like I can eat a ton too.
