Practice relaxing now :)
One tip that I loved when I was a ftm was to start practicing relaxing through contractions. Totally easier said then done. It made a huge difference to me when the time came. Instead of stiffening up when you have strong Braxton Hicks or even mild contractions begin practicing now to work with your body to relax and make it easier to dilate. I’m sitting in the car right now with mild contractions and just reminding myself how to relax through them and thought I’d share. We’re almost there Ladies! (I don’t think my little one is coming she’s just sitting really low right now)
Great advice! I was working on this some last night when I was having strong BH- it really does seem to help!!
