They kind of just open u up and I guess in the process they cut through the water too?? I'm not sure but I know they don't poke u with anything down there if that is what u mean?

In a video I seen that as they cut they break through. I will have my 4th section and don't mind having it done but I sure don't want to watch it again. I can watch when they take the baby out, that part is amazing, but watching them cut is too much for me.
Nope! I was fortunate enough to watch about 3-4 CS on my OB rotations for PA school. The fluids break when they cut and it spews all over the table basically. Very cool experience.

After 2 c-sections and this being my third, I made the mistake of watching a video about a month ago. ?Don't do it! Lol. I was traumatized.
