LEEP Procedure and Labor Experiance

LEEP Procedure and Labor Experiance

Has anyone ever had the LEEP done to remove abnormal cells on cervix AND also had a baby after that?? I'm just curious how your labor and delivery went. I've read that scar tissue on your cervix from the procedure, makes it very difficult, if not impossible, for the cervix to dilate.

There's alot of questions I had about the procedure but I'm glad I'm not alone and there's someone that has the same thing happen I'm going to add you as a friend. How far along are you

I've had a LEEP before. Last summer and got pregnant the next summer. Currently 25 weeks. I had to have an extra ultrasound and they needed to measure my cervix. Everything was great and as far as I know nothing will be any different for me when I go into labor. Are you having the LEEP during your pregnancy or have you had one prior?

I had the procedure 10 years ago! This is my second pregnancy, but my first baby. I'm almost 27 weeks. But I've read somewhere that due to the scar tissue on the cervix, it'll cause it not to dilate, when in labor.

So I'm just curious if anyone else has delivered a baby after having the procedure.

@roman-n-grace you delivered vaginally? No problems with dilation? I'm so worried I won't be able to dilate!

I had a LEEP procedure ended up pregnant 7 years later when I went into labor I didn't dilate past 4 cm so they ended up doing a c section my doc said I had so much scar tissue around my cervix it wouldn't dilate fully

I had a LEEP procedure at 22. I have had two babies since then. Both vaginally and less than 6 hours of labor. No problem dilating and carried both full term.

Since everyone is telling me to.. Here it is.. Well on mom life you stated your procedure was for a hole in your stomach.. But on instagram you "kicked cancers ass" and basically had throat cancer?.. I don't like liars!! Why lie?! I lost the people i loved most to cancer! That's not something to fucking joke about! I lost all respect for you! And if you really do have cancer why lie on mom life saying it was for a hole in your stomach?it just makes no sense to me!
