Cute!!! One thing though are you a FTM? Their belly buttons will be super tender! From the umbilical cord and the pant waist may make him fussy! Just a heads up but that outfit is darling!
My going home outfit is the same. Cute story behind it actually. I was maybe 10 weeks pregnant and at target and my 3 year old daughter picked it out for her brother (at the time we didn't know the sex) and we bought it any ways and she has been so proud of it sence she "bought" it for her brother. She knew all along we where having a boy!! :)
Just put a white onesie under the outfit to cushion the belly button and keep the dye off of the clothes... My hospital doesn't put the dye on anymore though. Just an idea :)
I think the dye depends on where u are and their policies. Just ask ur dr. I never had any problems. I also have a 2 pc coming home outfit for my lil man and i will just make sure the pants are below his cord. Best wishes...
Thank you! I don't think that my hospital does either, I don't recall that for my first son. But appreciate her looking out for me. It'll still be his going home outfit, but like you I'll make sure it stays below his tummy :)

And just so you may not know. Their belly buttons will have a dye on them that will stain most things(:
