Ahh thanks ladies... Just been curious on what others view an alcoholic as. My ex husband was basically all those. And my fiance now drinks often but it's nothing like any of that.. just been tossing the idea around if I just dislike drinking way more than most people.

Having more than one alcoholic beverage every single day/night, feeling guilty that they drink so much, denying they have a problem but still hiding/stashing alcohol, showing up places drunk inappropriately

A person who drinks because they need to, not as A form of enjoyment.

My mother is the walking definition.. she’s been one since I was 8 y/o, she drinks a lot she also takes pills with it she just recent started the pills 2 years ago, she was drunk the night I gave birth to my son she came to the hospital drunk.. 🤦🏼‍♀️
