My DH and I are thankful for the credit karma app because we could never figure out why dh's credit was so bad he's never had a late payment nothing always paid everything off and his credit was in the 600s we just didn't understand so a buddy of his was like download this app so he did and found out he was getting his dad's bad credit since he's a Jr would have never known if it wasn't for that app. He had all his dad's unpaid medical bills and every other bill that his dad didn't pay and DH was able to get that all off his credit and his credit score has been going up like crazy where it's supposed to be.
That's super awesome!!! Sucks you had to pay on some one else's wrong doing! I could only imagine the feeling of free your feeling now!!
It’s amazing. I couldn’t afford to pay the collections off until this year. I literally was on a payment contract or they were going to sue me because ex is gone with the wind. Community property state ?
But now I’m totally debt free and SO HAPPY. My old student loan and car loan are about to ‘fall off’ my report in the next few months, too.
