I had some chicken that had to be cooked today. I popped it in the oven while my kids played in the snow. I had a bag of frozen chopped red, yellow, and green peppers with onions. Dig through my pantry and found fajita seasoning. Boom. Dinner. My 2 year old can’t stop eating it.

I roasted my first whole chicken tonight. DH usually does all the cooking but I'm trying to learn. (I hate it though). On the plus side it turned out well, my DD ate both drumsticks.
